Choose soft-sided luggage, neutral layers and shoes you already trust. Mornings can be cold, afternoons hot and laundry is available at most camps.
Bring binoculars if you love watching behaviour, a small power bank, sun protection and any essential medication in your hand luggage. Avoid camouflage patterns, excessive equipment and hard-shell suitcases.
Safari camps are relaxed. You do not need formal evening wear—just something comfortable that feels good after the dust of the day.
